Website and order terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Nawab Watches website and to orders submitted through it. Please review them before placing an order.
Product information
We work to keep names, images, prices, specifications, stock and descriptions accurate. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens. If an obvious technical or pricing error is identified before fulfilment, we may contact you to confirm or correct the order.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order creates an order request. Acceptance remains subject to product availability, valid customer details and confirmation where required. Stock is validated on the server and an item may become unavailable before an order is finalised.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. The checkout currently supports Cash on Delivery. Any applicable delivery charge, discount or order total is shown before the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery timing can vary by destination, courier conditions and order verification. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Tracking information is provided when available.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Requests are reviewed according to the policy applicable to the order and the condition of the item. Please contact support before sending an item back. Additional details are available on the Returns & Exchange page.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. Attempts to interfere with website security, submit fraudulent information, misuse reviews or access protected administration areas are prohibited.
Intellectual property
The Nawab Watches name, website layout, graphics, text and original store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where rights belong to their respective owners.
Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
